Make charging your electric vehicle (EV) easier and install a charger where you live. Get a rebate after you install an EV charger at your home.

Eligibility details
Who can apply:
- Homeowners
- Renters
Eligible homes must have a dedicated parking space and be:
- Located in B.C.
- The applicant’s primary residence
- Constructed at least 6 months before the install date
Your home must be an eligible building type:
- Single-family detached dwelling, including those with a secondary suite
- Duplex, triplex or 4-plex
- Side-by-side row home
- Mobile home on a permanent foundation
Renters and unit owners living in multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs) can apply for a standalone MURB charger rebate.

- Get back 50 percent of eligible costs
- Indigenous individuals can get back 75 percent of eligible costs
